Safety is our number one priority at Construction Thermal Service, Inc. and our impeccable safety record shows that the livelihood of our employees and those around them is of the utmost importance to the management at CTS. Our annual safety training ensures that we remain proactive in the avoidance of on-the-job accidents.
CTS recognizes the fact that a drug and violence-free workplace is imperative to the safety and well-being of our employees and has policies in place to maintain a work environment free of drugs and violence. By assigning safety as a part of our quality standards, along with craftsmanship and efficiency, we guarantee that no corners will be cut in providing you with a safe, highly skilled workforce.

Our Safety Statement
The safety and health of our employees are Construction Thermal Services’ most important business considerations. No employee will be required to do a job that they consider unsafe. Thermal Construction Specialists will comply with all applicable OSHA workplace safety and health requirements and maintain occupational safety and health standards that equal to or exceed the best practices in the insulated metal panels construction industry.
Construction Thermal Services has established safety policies that identify hazards and unsafe work practices and procedures designed to help in removing obstacles to accident prevention and helping evaluate the Construction Thermal Services’ efforts to achieve an accident-and-injury-free workplace.

Strive to achieve the goal of zero accidents and injuries.

Provide mechanical and physical safeguards wherever they are necessary.

Conduct routine safety and health inspections to find and eliminate unsafe working conditions, control health hazards, and comply with all applicable OSHA safety and health requirements.

Train all employees in safe work practices and procedures.

Provide employees with necessary personal protective equipment and train them to use and care for it properly.

Enforce Thermal Construction Specialists safety and health rules and require employees to follow the rules as a condition of employment.

Investigate accidents to determine the cause and prevent similar accidents.

SAFETY GEAR & EQUIPMENT
Our crews have the most up-to-date safety gear & equipment that is routinely inspected and compliant with all Federal & State regulations.
CERTIFIED & TRAINED CREW MEMBERS
Our crews are certified and trained with boom lifts, forklifts, power actuated tools, scaffold, and rigging operations. We always have member onsite that are trained in First Aid.
SAFETY & HEALTH PROGRAM
Our Safety and Health Programs are compliant with all OSHA, Federal & State regulations, and are fully comprehensive and up-to-date.
AUDITS, INSPECTIONS & JOB HARZARD ANALYSIS
Our sites are routinely inspected with audits being completed every month. We complete JHA at the beginning of every job to keep our crews safe.
