Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions was added as a division to the CTS family in 2012. The owner's eldest son, Eurgel D, went down to the region for a job and fell in love with the area. He went back many times through the years until he decided to move down to Puerto Rico in 2012 and expand the company business. He has successfully worked with many contractors in the region and is continually working on expanding the division.

IMP Specialists
Construction Thermal Service has satisfied its customers with all phases of the building process. Our budgeting, design, project management, and total on-site construction utilize the specialized technology required for the construction of cold storage buildings and/or USDA environments and for Aerospace facilities. CTS will also share this knowledge with the engineer or architect of your choice to ensure all local codes are adhered to and the thermal details are correct the first time. Our goal is to help you stay on budget, on schedule and frost-free.

With Construction Thermal Services’ extensive experience in the insulated metal panel industry, we know the materials we use in our projects matter. Our established rapport with our vendors and suppliers allows us to acquire quality materials at the best price while being able to coordinate timely delivery times to meet production schedules.
We make sure to understand our supplier’s materials specifications and verify their testing standards are up to par so we can give our customers assurances that materials will meet industry standards.

Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions is our Puerto Rico Controlled Environment division and was actualized in 2012 to provide our services in the Caribbean Region.
