Thermal Construction Specialists was added as a division to the CTS family in 1995 after the owner felt the name was a better fit for the business they were doing. They started working on smaller food processing facilities in the Midwest and building a name for themselves in the industry. Throughout the years, TCS has done work for different industries from industrial to aerospace and has worked all over the United States. They were the first panel installer company to build a facility over 100 feet tall.  TCS has grown into one of the leading experts in the insulated metal panel business and now works on many different types of buildings that benefit from using IMPs.
