Construction Thermal Services’ dynamic staff brings with it a combination of extensive experience, innovative ingenuity, and passion for what we do. Here at Construction Thermal Services, Inc., we pride ourselves on our high-caliber craftsmanship which we achieve by hiring dedicated and skilled professionals.

Each member of our team brings a unique element to our company that enhances our ability to give our customers the best service in the industry.
Meet the people who make our company the best
Denise Berry
Denise was one of the founding members of Construction Thermal Services, Inc. She was chosen to be the vice president and secretary of the corporation in 1994. She started out assisting the company with any office paperwork and graphic designs that were needed.
Her prior experience with co-owning a company was a great benefit to have at the start of the company. In 2006, she and her husband, Eurgel, decided to make Denise the president and sole stockholder of the company. She has continued to use her bachelor’s degree in graphic design to handle the company’s logos and advertising as well as website design.
She handles corporate management and oversees the annual board of directors’ meetings.
Denise loves to keep her mind and body active by gardening and golfing in the summer. She loves cross-country skiing in the winter and attends her monthly book club meetings year-round. She is also a member of the board of directors for her home association and loves to relax at her and her husband’s lakeside home. Eurgel and Denise have six grandchildren that they love to spend as much time with them as possible.

Eurgel M. Berry
Eurgel was a founding member of CTS and brought with him years of experience building IMP buildings. He started working in this trade as a grunt and worked his way up to supervising projects and then to project managing. Eurgel has learned every aspect of this trade from the lowest laborer to management before starting CTS.
After serving in the navy from 1969 – 1972 Eurgel got married and started looking for work. After trying different occupations, he found a job installing insulated wall and ceiling panels for a company out of Chicago as a carpenter in 1976. Before that project had finished, he was running the job as the foreman. That was the start of his career in the Thermal panel industry. Over the years Eurgel would work for some of the largest Thermal Contractors in the country in various roles, including foreman, superintendent, project manager, and finally as a labor sub-contractor. In 1994 Eurgel opened Construction Thermal Services, Inc. Through the years Eurgel with the help of his team members has grown CTS into one of the major players in the Insulated panel industry. As of today, CTS Inc. has three divisions, including Thermal Construction Specialists main office in Blaine. MN, Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions main office Gurabo Puerto Rico, and CTS Aerospace main office Melbourne, FL.
Over these years Eurgel has found time to raise a family his wife of 50 years Denise and two sons Eurgel and Tyler all of which are very involved in the business. As busy as he is, Eurgel still finds time to hunt, golf, and fish the Great lakes
Eurgel D. Berry
Eurgel Berry began as a carpenter in his family’s business in 1997, in 2000 he was promoted to Foreman, and in 2003 became a Superintendent. In 2012 he moved to Puerto Rico and became the Operations Manager and began to cultivate the company’s Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions Puerto Rico division. Eurgel D. took over as Chief Operating Officer for Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions in 2021.
Eurgel has spent many years working his way up to the top of the company and learning all the different aspects of the industry from field operations to business management. Eurgel excels at building relationships within the industry and finding solutions for different problems and is used these strengths to develop the CCSS brand and grow the CCSS division.
When Eurgel D. is not running the CCSS division in the Caribbean Region, you can find him on the beach soaking up the sun and spending quality time with his family. He enjoys going nature hiking, fishing, and traveling. He never misses out on attending his fantasy football draft picking party in Minnesota.

Tyler Berry
Tyler Berry
Tyler started working for his family business as a laborer in 2001 traveling around the United States installing insulated metal panels. In 2005, Tyler was promoted to Foreman. He started taking on extra responsibilities and started learning more about the industry. In 2009, he received another promotion to Project Manager where he began working in the office. Tyler started taking over some of the company’s day-to-day operations in 2020 and was promoted to Chief Operating officer in 2021 and currently oversees our TCS and CTS Aerospace divisions.
Being able to see a project through from start to finish is what Tyler like most about his career at CTS. Since Tyler has been leading the charge, with his flexibility and adaptability he has found us a new safety director and took over running the company’s two US divisions. Tyler is currently working on growing the company by expanding our workforce to accommodate the need to cover additional projects.
When Tyler is not running our US divisions, he likes to spend time outdoors and enjoys fishing and hunting. Tyler and his wife of 16 years are parents to 2 sets of adorable twins, and both love spending time with their family and friends and relaxing in the cabin in the woods when they can.

John Hunstad
John has been with the company since its formation in 1994 and started as a construction Superintendent having a previous background as a Carpenter and Superintendent in the controlled environment industry. After three years, he began working in the office as a Project Manager, and with his strong work ethic and extensive experience, he was promoted to the Director of Construction in 2021 overseeing our projects in all three divisions.
The small family atmosphere in the company structure and the pride for company success is what John likes most about his career. Being a natural leader and a driving force behind the company, John’s accomplishments include being the Senior Project Manager on one of our most prestigious series of projects for the Blue Origin Aerospace facilities. John continues to keep the company on track and working towards the positive path it is currently on.
Being a veteran himself, John is the type of man who will pay for a service man’s lunch without ever expecting even a “thank you” in return. When he is not keeping our projects streamlined, you can find him enjoying hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Bradley Larned
Started in the company in 2017 and started as a laborer and in 2018 became a site supervisor and worked his way to being a Foreman. In 2019 he began assisting the Project Managers and because of his extensive knowledge in the industry and his excellent customer service skills became a Project Manager in 2020. Currently, Brad is the Project Manager for our CTS Aerospace division located out of Florida.
Brad enjoys making “big things” and likes the notoriety that revolves around the projects he manages because he takes pride in completing projects as close to perfect as possible. Brad’s current goals in the company are to work towards cohesion of all divisions and to grow the Aerospace division to obtain larger projects.
When Brad is not keeping things running smoothly and resolving crisis management situations he likes to travel and renovate his home. Brad also enjoys art, museums, history, and nature.

Lucas Clemmer
Lucas Clemmer
Lucas Clemmer began his career at CTS as an Insulated Metal Panel Installer in 2017 following in the footsteps of his father, Mark. With his adaptability, drive, and dedication he became a Project Manager and Safety Director in 2020. Since then, Lucas has taken over drawing our company’s CAD drawings on all of our projects and continues to learn more every day.
Being a part of creating facilities that create jobs, feeds people, and makes an impact both locally and nationwide is what Lucas likes most about his job. Lucas is always willing to help his fellow co-workers and goes the extra mile for our CTS customers. Lucas’ knack for AutoCAD has given him the ability to move up in the company and be an integral part of the company’s growth. As one of the key employees for the future of the company, Lucas continues to strive to gain as much knowledge and expertise as he can.
When this father of three boys is not drafting complex drawings and being the go-to guy for the company, you can find him at the firing range or barbequing and spending time with family and friends. Lucas likes to collect items that are investments that he can enjoy while they gain value. You can find an array of items such as coins, watches, firearms, and football cards in his home.
