Project Manager

Construction Thermal Service is a construction company specializing in supplying, installing, and restoring Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) for various corporations from food industries to aerospace facilities. CTS has three divisions holding offices in Minnesota for our TCS Cold Storage division, in Florida as our CTS Aerospace division, and a location in Puerto Rico under our Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions division.

We are seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join our team in our Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions division in the Caribbean region. This is a remote full-time position where you can work from the comforts of your own home, candidates are preferred to live either in the Caribbean region.  If you are a focused and motivated person, submit your resume to us!

Qualifications

  • BA in engineering, construction science, or similar relevant field
  • Previous working or education experience as a construction estimator or Construction Project Manager for (2) years.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management.
  • Hands-on experience with complex data research activities.
  • Good understanding of data analysis methods.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Dell products
  • Spanish speaking is a major plus.

Wage Range

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Responsibilites

  • Explore documentation to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements.
  • Select, measure, and track important metrics.
  • Perform complex analysis of collected data and metrics.
  • Conduct complex risk analysis activities.
  • Prepare relevant and reliable forecasts.
  • Create and present reports to upper management.
  • Analyze and evaluate offers.
  • Compile information for project estimates and for bid submittals.
  • Create and edit shop drawings for the installation of IMP’s.
  • Oversee the entirety of projects and works with the site’s Superintendent or Foreman to manage assigned projects.
  • Plan and implement the installation of Insulated Metal Panels on construction projects.
  • Purchase and coordinate the delivery of job materials, equipment rentals, and labor.
  • Track and report budget expenditures for projects.
  • Submit labor payroll and expense reports.
  • Complete and process change orders with the general contractor for additional time and materials.
  • Monitor and track project performance and identify resource requirements and gaps.
  • Visit sites, warehouses, and other venues necessary to do the estimate if necessary.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors and customers.
