Construction Thermal Service is a construction company specializing in installing and restoring Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) for cold storage buildings, aerospace facilities, and environmentally controlled structures. CTS has three divisions holding offices in Minnesota for our U.S. TCS Cold Storage division, in Florida under our CTS Aerospace division, and in Puerto Rico as our Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions division.

Thermal Construction Specialists was added as a division to the CTS family in 1995 when our owner felt the name was a better fit for the business. We started working on smaller food processing facilities in the Midwest and built a name for ourselves in the industry. Throughout the years, TCS has done work for many different industries including large-scale buildings from industrial to aerospace and has worked all over the United States. We were the first-panel installer company to build a facility over 200 feet tall and a single span over 70’ long. We have grown into one of the leading experts in the insulated metal panel business. TCS now works on many different types of buildings that benefit from the use of Insulated Metal Panels.
Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions
Caribbean Control Environment Division
Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions was added as a division to the CTS family in 2012 to serve our growing customer base in the Caribbean region. The owner's eldest son, Eurgel D. Berry traveled to the region for a project and fell in love with the area. Eurgel D. continued to travel many times to the region throughout the years completing IMP structure in the area until he decided to move down to Puerto Rico in 2012 officially expanding the company business. He has successfully worked with many contractors and continues to grow the division throughout the Caribbean region.

U.S. Aerospace Division
CTS Aerospace is the newest division of the CTS family. It started in 2022 with the intent of being the Aerospace community's leading IMP supplier and installer. The aerospace industry has loved the look and long-lasting material that the insulated metal panels bring to their buildings. TCS has been contracting a growing number of projects from the aerospace industry which prompted us to create a separate division to focus solely on the industry. The employees running this division have been working with aerospace businesses and airports for the last ten years and they bring knowledge and experience that our customers have come to expect.
